Returns are only accepted if customer contacts us prior to arrange. Any goods returned without prior knowledge will not be accepted.
Goods are sent via Australia post registered mail. Items sent are not covered by insurance and clipper world does not accept responsibility for any losses made by Australia post. If items go missing we shall provide you with all relevant tracking information as confirmation of goods sent. If you wish your items to be insured, please contact us prior to payment and clipper world will provide you with the extra charges.
Clipper world can accept warranty work on wahl, double k & lazor rx products, all other manufacturer warranty can only be covered by their warranty agents.
Please do not send us any clippers that we cannot do warranty work on, otherwise your warranty will be void.
Blade sharpening service is guaranteed. This guarantee will only apply for 7 days after goods are returned.
Any goods sent out without payment being received remain the property of clipper world until payment is received in full.
